Think about it.....I recall in the recent past we had to pay higher fees if we watered our yards. If the courses use more water during the drought we've had, DO YOU WANT TO PAY HIGHER FEES AGAIN?

I know I don't, therefore if you don't like it, don't play or accept the condition and quit complaining!
