Listening to the President's news briefing, I could only remember some of the information in the guidelines. I downloaded them and read them a few times. I would encourage you to read them also, because I belief our lives will be affected by these phases for quite awhile. The words in those 3-phase step guidelines offered by the administration differs little from logic and what those is real command, like governors, mayors, city councils and commissions, have been doing already and will continue to do to protect us all---hopefully. But opening the beaches in Jacksonville today is irresponsible, and one has to wonder whether Florida's governor feels more comfortable sitting on the sidelines than stepping up and overturning what is about to happen there.
