I wouldn’t want to “rain on anyone’s parade” but backing up to a swamp/wet lands/conservation area and paying as much as $150,000 plus for a lot doesn’t “feel good” to me. Trying to say it discreetly. We have a friend who bought on Evans Prairie a few years ago, didn’t like the bugs and creatures, and moved later. Our friends said they even made money on their investment. Careful what you wish for but whatever you want to spend your money on and whatever you think makes you happy - just do it. Just saying...
