JackRussell, you are not entitled to as you insisted "everything". HIPAA [not HIPPA] does not allow anyone to give you the name of a COVID positive person. It does not allow you to know their address or to know whom they got it from or whom they may have spread it to.
The people doing the contact tracing for the Health Department do not get this information. If you are notified it will, if possible, be by phone. You will be told you were identified as being in close contact with a COVID positive individual on a specific date. You will not be told the person even if it is your spouse as the caller does not know the name. You will not be told a location of your exposure. You will be told what the symptoms are which would make you eligible for testing by the county. If you are well you do not qualify. You will be told to self-quarantine for 14 days from your exposure date. You will be contacted by text or phone daily to see if your condition has changed.
If you want to know where you can get remdesivir, you might want to check Google. You can't get it unless you are hospitalized in a study. It is not a drug being sold anywhere for anything. It is entirely experimental.
If you want to know who will give you hydroxychloroquine, ask your doctor. You might want to read some recent data on whether these drugs are working or failing in studies.
If you want to learn about antibody testing, again Google it. Stop demanding you be informed and inform yourself. There are people even on this website who post about these issues.
While you are using Google to educate yourself, you may wish to unlearn some items you posted with such certainty.
The WHO, which I would guess you presently dislike, never as in NEVER called COVID the Wuhan virus nor did it cave to Chinese pressure in assigning a name. You might use Google to find the WHO's rules for the naming of new diseases issued in 2015.

See the first sentence is a fact, it started in China. The second is, as you admitted, a hypothesis not at fact. The evidence is mixed and controversial on the origin of syphilis. [Not syphillis which I admit is tricky to spell correctly, but should be when you are claiming some wisdom on the disease itself]
