I'll bite. Can you please supply me with a link to a statement that supports your "100% certain" claim. I think you are confusing your certainty with the US intelligence agencies. Those same agencies that of course had uniform conclusions about recent events and were derided with the term "deep state" to imply they had a political agenda rather than fact seeking. So, please, those links to support your statement.
