Males easily 75% judging by the " Celebrities " to include in particular Sport Stars.

They are covered from neck to toe with whatever statement they are trying to make, which basically no one cares about.

I do notice that criminals both M/F have an abundance of statement , messages tattoos that they want to get across. Usually marked with anger.

Females on the other hand are IMO are led by insecurity, not feeling good about themselves, or just angry. Small % just a curiosity in that 25%.

Males 75% easily, and Females 25%

My Granddaughter 27 yrs old has ( 2 )which she now regrets having them @19 yrs old.
