The Pat's made the only move they could. They had no leverage. They had Gronk under contract for one more year for $9 plus million and they have little more than $1 MM in cap space. Since they have already moved on from the GOAT, what sense does it make to bring back Gronk? Granted, Gronk is probably the best both blocking and pass catching tight end ever, but he is not their future. They got the best draft choice they could for him. Time to move on and rebuild. Go PAT'S
