A 23 T is way too short with a very high center of gravity. The 327 is already too much power for that architecture.
Just test drive it and try to go to wide open throttle from a dead stop and you’ll see what I mean.
That 1000 HP beast needs a well designed and built chassis and a little more weight wrapped around it with a roll cage.
But it is your decision to make. I only provide my opinion here as I made my living in the racing and hi performance industry for 32 years and have built and raced several vehicles over the years.
