Default Amenity Fees
I live in the village of St. James. I thought my Amenity Fees were topped at $155.00 with the change that took place last year. I now see that The Villages has increased the Amenity fees in February to $158.18. An increase of $3.84. Did I miss something or is there no more caps on Amenity Fees.
