Do you want to prove that we don't have enough COVID kits because we don't have enough STD tests, proving we don't have enough to test for anything to the mystical 100 million.

Sorry, you're wrong. This country would have no problem doing 100 million tests for gonorrhea. All you need in a pinch is a microscope and a stain. I'm not sure why you picked an STD as your benchmark as there are thousands less available tests.
