I see you kind of "forgot" to mention his followup comments:

Not cleaning through injection...Almost a cleaning, sterilization of an area. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t work. But it certainly has a big effect if it’s on a stationary object.”

And then we have Chris Cuomo's wife, who's touted using Clorox baths for Coronavirus treatments. (Chris Cuomo is the brother of NY Governor Andrew Cuomo.) Here comes the "don't do that!" experts again. Oops...
