If anyone is interested...... my customer charge from TECO Gas is $14.25 a month. SECO Elect. has a customer of $1.00 a day. Approx. $30.00 a month. On your Utilities bill there is a Water and Sewer Base charge before usage is added. Mine last month was $23.80 Base Charge for water and sewer. There is also a GARBAGE Collection fee of $19.38 rather you are here or not.
These are fees we all pay rather you are a Snowbird or not. This is all part of doing "Due Diligence" before buying.
