This was perplexing to me as well. Are these the hoarders? I ask because so far I think I've seen maybe 6 or 7 people total, with masks that look like they'd definitely been re-used a few times. All the others with the N95s (or whatever passes for them, like the KN95s), looked pristine from 5-6 feet away.
