I can't cite a rule but I did email "community standards" for clarification about a year ago (seems like 10 years) when I first saw two HUGE political flags flying on 2 poles attached to someone's garage and they stated they do not have any control over FLAGS flying on a pole on one's garage or on a flag pole which really made little sense as they have "control" over everything else you do to your property. I believe I posted that email response in a thread back then.

So feel free to fly anything you want attached to your home or your flagpole but don't, I repeat DON'T put a flamingo on your front lawn!
