The political left has done great harm to this country both here at home and abroad through their uninformed and unreasoning hatred of President Bush. IMHO, it would be extremely damaging to the country to have conservatives react to our next President in the same manner.

We need to support the President's positions when we agree with him and serve as the loyal opposition when we disagree. The emphasis is on the word loyal - we should always respect the office of the President and remember that partisanship stops at water's edge. If we emulate the actions of the dumbocrats, then we are no better than them at supporting our country.
