If you have an older smart TV and can't get the app, you can get a ROKU stick for about $35 and that will fix that problem. You can try youtube TV for free.

Great and very helpful information John W. However, for the lay person getting into streaming sounds so simple, but it needs a whole new mind set. I have worked with computers for many years and still had a difficult time wrapping my head around streaming. What made me jump in was the amount of money I was paying Century Link for so little return.
After considerable help from my computer tech I am streaming YouTubeTV, Prime, Curiosity and two other sites that I purchase on an annual basis. My cost is $50 per month for YouTubeTV, Prime around $13 per month, and two other sites that cost me approximately $70 each per year. I now have more really good TV to watch than I know what to do with!
