Don't know the name I have same bush around 20 of them 10 form a barrier that blocks line of sight from my lanai to St Charles
Same for my birdcage..Mine like yours were turning yellowish limited new growth Fighting to get them to grow over a 6 year period many a time thought of pulling them up
Abut 2 years ago did some research and started feeding them Milorganite an organic product no synthetics almost impossible to over feed with this product low nitrogen around 6% and about 4% iron
Just sprinkle around base of the bush generously
Noticed vast improvement in less than 6 months green healthy ..Now I have to prune every 4 months during growing season
I put this stuff every wheres Lawn every 6 weeks Flowers 2 times a year..Very affordable Lowes Walmart
