THE PROBLEM IS ,',,,,,, ALL THE NEW CONSTRUCTION SOUTH OF 44. They have maxed out the “9 hole” courses AND HAVE NO 18 hole courses “ so they are crushing the courses north of the turnpike.
What can you do?
