The person you responded to with this response said he/she would not wear a mask OUTSIDE. How many people have you seen wearing masks OUTSIDE? I have seen as many as I can count on two fingers. I don't get it.
Now.....wearing a mask indoors in public spaces is a whole other ballgame.
