Doubtful, there will be some fool who tries to cross before it's open. The Brownwood bridge has already had people trying to walk across it. When the Water Lily bridge goes over I'm sure they're going to have lots of problems stopping people for trying to cross.
I'm not a naysayer or a gloom and doom type of person, this is just the result of my observations over the last 6 years of the acts of some of the people that have come to live here. If the sign says "Wet Paint" you're guaranteed to have hand prints on it in an hour.
