Sorry, OP, but you should know by now that once you entertain even the slightest question on this forum, you'll get responses from the usual smarmy trolls, who hang out here, waiting to pounce, and add their comments. The owners intended to create this place for the enjoyment and greatest experience of the residents, so merely asking about the status of this facility is quite reasonable.
