That would NOTHING have been 4000 sent to each and every state in the US. That would have been a lot of stamps. 50-100 to say Californian victim/witness assistance agencies of all sorts, and maybe 20 to those in South Dakota, etc. I was trying to pull all kinds of libraries into the mix for helping survivors/victims of crimes.

I had written the top experts in victimology in 1992 or so about their take on my situation. These would have been the experts from the 1980s in that field.

Some of these did go to China. Most through would have gone to Japan and other Asian countries with respect to the Far East. And many more to New Zealand and Australia. Many of these would have been e-mails in the 2000s though as far as New Zealand and Australia.
