Any TV is an electronic device that has vents in the back or side to allow heat to escape. Although the newer TV's have little heat there is still enough to have to vent. Therefore the vents will allow humidity inside if left out on a lanai. I would recommend that when not using the TV putting a cover over it that may be removed when watching. Since your Lanai is covered I assume rain is not an issue however remember we get thunderstorms (and hurricanes) here which create wind and rain which may go horizontal.
