Thank you for your post and for asking. Seems like you could have figured it out, but no I did not know why he posted, so I asked.
Since he has been looking at home since 2014, I was surprised at his post. It looks like he has time on his hands with this shut-in and he was just wondering (wondering out laud) what other thought.......even thou he probably already knew.
