(a) Been here for a couple years, what are you seeing that is totally different??? Over the last two years there have been 5,000 new homes, a lot going to non-fulltime home owners. Less than a 10% increase.


(b) It's Florida. Again, less than a 10% increase. What were you expecting?? The Villages is much better than other populated areas in Florida.



(c) The plan for TV has not changed in the last two years since you purchased. The volume of players going forward is an unknown. Many people are coming to TV that are not coming for Championship golf.


(d) Very few.


(e) Oh, I get it now. First post, bringing up the greed word. Old-time poster, new log-on.
