I am having the same issues with Instacart for Colony Publix. The last 2 shoppers did not ask for my approval on a replacement. They are supposed to text you for your approval. They just bought the replacement. Won't bore you with all the errors. I'll just give anexample. Asked for Ghiradelli 72% chocolate squares. He brought 92% which is inedible. Tastes like chalk. Bought Almond milk with high sugar. Not the unsweetened that I ordered. I am diabetic. Thinsliced bread instead of regular sliced. Instacart had to make a refund for all of the above. Time consuming emails back and forth with Instacart to achieve refunds. Also every item is more expensive than in the store. There is a delivery charge. There is a charge for the shopper's tip.
