I looked into that and found this in the Villages News last August 2019;
A site plan and comprehensive plan amendment also was approved for a Stavros & Sons pizza restaurant planned on 1.2 acres on the north side of CR 462 at County Road 132. The restaurant chain started in Daytona Beach and now operates at more than a dozen locations, including Lake County.

I found this on the Starvos Facebook page, they mentioned a meeting with Wildwood Planning Committee 11 weeks ago. Said this might take a while since they are bulding form the ground upl.
