Sorry. I don't buy it. Those people who became infected while isolating themselves, did NOT stay at home. There must be some sort of break down in the understanding of what "Isolation" really means. If their homes were clean of the virus, the virus did not blow in through the open window. Sorry, it just doesn't happen that way.
