We pay the most taxes and are obviously the MOST IMPORTANT people in the county. The new library should be built within TV proper and should be off limits to the school kids since they obviously don't know how to behave in a proper library.
In fact, rather than wait for the county to act, the Developer should take some of those millions he's cheated us out of, or sell one of his yachts, or use the money he made from selling the buffalo to the meat packer and build a world-class reference library with every book ever published along with tapes, CD's, DVDs and anything else anyone would desire.
