Can you post a source to confirm this directive from the CDC? I couldn't find any such thing, other than a guidance that says, in part "COVID-19 should be reported on the death certificate for all decedents where the disease caused
or is
assumed to have caused or contributed to death." (Emphasis theirs) This is taken from a PDF of the CDC guidance, which I don't know how to link to...
