Dr. Cook repaired my smashed wrist with plate, 6 screws and bone graft. I was very pleased with the surgery and pt afterwards. He is with Advanced Orthopedics Institute, AOI, in the Sharon Morse Bldg of The Villages Hospital. PT I located right there with the offices. 352-751-2862 Dr. Alfred Cook Jr.
