Well you made a great choice for your accommodation new ( Brand New ) . The club sure why not. But carts are easy to push onto a pick-up truck.

Do you really need a Golf Cart ?

Perhaps a daily rental for the novelty of it.

Where you will be located is new and other than the Brownwood area you will be isolated from The Villages proper.

There is next door a Publix, Flippers Pizza, and a BBQ, Subway all small and take out .
