Cell is a legit peer-reviewed publication. bioRxiv is by definition a pre-proof publication, but the authors of this particular paper seem legit. I agree with GoodLife's point about previous exposure to other coronaviruses providing some immunity, then he loses me a little, but his sources are valid.
