Now picture her, literally with the elastic loop hanging from one ear and not attached to the other, her face not covered I asked her to put it on and she told me she was wearing it! Now that is something I consider to be inexcusable. I can put up with my meal not being perfect, I can’t put up with someone in a medical facility not wearing a mask.

Reminds me of way back when several states enacted helmet laws for motorcycle riders. The laws were not specific enough, so the scoff-laws would strap the helmet on their knee because they didn't want to look like dorks. So, instead, they just looked foolish. A request to speak with the person in charge was definitely in order, but going in to urgent care, you may have had other things on you mind.
