Bucco....I think (notice I said I think) the issue at hand is not that he is doing it....it's that he is doing it STILL. He made such a deal about not doing it after November 1st.....

In my opinion that is the major issue here....we all expect it to happen. I think Obama should put one in place that states no one can do this anymore!!
