Why is this necessary . There are so many trails down here I don't see the need to treat the golf course like this. I'm thinking of walking around my lanai naked after dark that should keep them away
It is my understanding that the executive golf courses are "district" owned and the championship courses are privately owned. If I am right, then the executive courses are publicly owned and should be enjoyed by all. With the size of most lots here in TV, you did not buy privacy anywhere in The Villages, nor did you buy any more than a fraction of an undivided interest in the whole of all of the golf courses. My house backs up to Morse Blvd. I don't ask the multi modal path be closed when the golf courses close nor do i ask that Morse Blvd. be closed after 9:30 PM. I enjoy the activity displayed here in The Villages. As long as the residents behave in a respectful / responsible manor they should be able to enjoy the golf course path, too.
"They say", most people buy, on average, buy three houses during their time in The Villages.
