This is the time of the year you can expect some clearing out and price drops here in The Villages. They do it every year about this time. When all around the country, families are looking for homes in the summer, we have less people come to stay here and visit and look for homes because probably the heat we experience at this time of the year. "They" address their sales to current conditions, I would guess, just like all businesses selling something.
