Surprising, you signed a waiver. I know several people who are less than 50, who bought new and used houses, there is no control over used houses. For rentals, there is no control. We also have families living in our neighborhood. The school bus stops at the gate to pick them up. I have met younger nurses who bought in Fenney to be close to work. I could go on but you get the idea.
