At a local gathering this weekend this subject was being discussed hot and heavy. Several said they were told that renters get priority because their stay is not as predictable or consistent as us residents. I refuse to believe it and am curious to your response to this subject before I call the "management" of the tee time system.
I understand the old marketing ploy of have 'em stay, like we did, in villas behind the Spanish Springs sales center, get Villages Dollars to go and enjoy what the local retailers and restaurants have to offer....and yes go play a round of golf.
However, that is very different from TV being in the tourism business and allowing use of our amenities.
If true, I would think it COULD be easy to get a ground swell of residents to confront the developer.

I don't even golf and I would be livid at the idea!
Who controls the amenities? The residents pay monthly but have no say in how the amenities are used? Guess I still have a lot to learn about TV.
