If you are referring to the sales agents, they are under contract (a NDA) not to speculate about future plans.
Would they / could they, I suspect we would hear that the Katie Belle's closing is a result of the developers opening a similar venue in ..... Brownwood.
Anyway, makes sense to me as BW is now the center of The Villages.
