Here's an even better idea, we keep our air on 84 during the day and 83 at night. Anything lower it's too cold for us. Of course I grew up in Florida and didn't have A/C in the home or never in school all the way through 12th grade.
That must seem like a real novelty, a government building, school, office in Florida with no A/C, the windows were always open. St. Petersburg High School is the oldest in Florida, built in 1926 and is still in operation without A/C. We had two big courtyards inside the walls and the classrooms all wrapped around and the hallways were open to the courtyards.
