It probably is a small number considering the total number of reservations available. However, to consider, some of the reservations that are "available" are not even feasible. For example, if you get a 2:30 pm reservation now on a championship course, you can't even finish 18 holes by sunset. Inevitably it takes 4 1/2 hours to play a round because rangers don't really do much "rangering" i.e. they don't really push the slow players along. And many of the early tee times like 7:00 a.m. go unused, becasue we get cold weather, and who wants to play golf when its 35 degrees outside. So the total number of availalbe reservations is a little misleading as well.
But the interesting thing is - if you're a priority member and you bring a guest, the guest is considered a priority guest, and the priority guest has priority over a Villages member who is not a priority member.
