I have watched two videos of this incident.
1) the actual arrest, with Mr. Floyd being handcuffed, then walked across the street to a patrol car where Mr. Floyd was either forced to the ground or somehow became laying on the ground:

2) the officer kneeling on his neck :

In my opinion, unless I saw exculpatory video/testimony, I would charge the officer, at a minimum, with manslaughter.
