Well, without posting all the exact coverages, type/year of vehicle, drivers ages and other relevant details etc etc etc "substantially less" doesn't really compute for an apples to apples comparison which was my purpose in listing everything in the OP. One thing, I would guess 1 driver would be less than 2 drivers. My first bill from them 1 year ago was also "substantially less" but for some reason my renewal became almost 30% "substantially more" with no changes which is why I am shopping.
I am beginning to think insurance companies just tack on random rate increases to see what sticks at renewal time.
