Tell that to the hospital workers in impacted areas they did not sign on to take the risk.
No such thing as an indoor virus it is about Exposure time and virus load. For now social distancing is the best measure available to protect everyone.

There have been two studies that have tracked this virus and both have found that the likelihood of acquiring the virus outdoors is extremely low. One tracked the spread in China of all cases outside of Hubei Provence between 1/4 & 2/11and found that 99.84% of the cases were acquired indoors. Another study from Japan shows that you are 18.7 times more likely to acquire the virus indoors.
