I haven't seen any signs that say minorities are not allowed in TV, there are minority realtors selling the homes here. I've not seen any Klan cross burnings in TV. I haven't seen any villagers with signs at the entrances to TV saying minorities aren't welcome. I've seen minorities living in TV, in fact one of my neighbors is black. I seriously doubt that very many people said "Let move to TV because there aren't any of those pesky dark people living there". How would a prospective villages buyer even know how many minorities lived here?
