I am the result of RESPONSIBLE PARENTS.
Don't feed me that BS that I'm living that special life.
I've had to work my butt off to get where I am. No affirmative action or special programs for me. I had a poor childhood...I know what it's like to go to bed hungry, go to school some days with no breakfast, have no heat some days in the winter, holes in the bottom of my shoes, and putting cardboard in the shoes to cover the hole.
The thing is, though, we were taught values....and they were enforced and reinforced.
What we are seeing today is the result of irresponsible parents and teachers.
There is a reason for the slogan "spare the rod and spoil the child".
