According to the Manhattan Special Facebook page, they have a retail locator. It shows two places near us, it's not Mazarro's but Cesarina Deli & Bakery 2575 E Bay Dr, Largo, FL 33771, that's between St. Pete and Clearwater.
The other Paul's Italian Deli & Restaurant 812 E Vine St, Kissimmee, FL 34744, that's near Disney World.
