Default The tunnel under 466 to Southern Trace now has speed bumps.

There are three speed bumps inside the CR466 tunnel now which really slow down the golf carts going through this tunnel.

Should make it a less dangerous trip to Crispers when coming from south of CR466.

These are the only speed bumps in tunnels that I know of in TV???
