I think it's nice to see people out exercising and having fun. It's of course cooler in the morning and I'd never begrudge anyone their chosen activity or the opportunity to socialize. The group I saw were observing social distancing guidelines.
But then, there are folks who'd like to call the police about wind chime noise.
